Did you know that ancient Greeks pioneered, documented, and spread viticulture across the Mediterranean to Italy, France & Spain? Greece has over 300 native wine varietals. Not even Dionysus can tackle all of that in one night, so we will be sampling four, more well-known varietals, such as Assyrtiko and Agiorgitiko. These will be paired with a small plate sampling of classic Greek foods to enhance the flavor.
